Odds of another Pynchon novel

Yes, I have wondered if he at least conceived it---IV--- during those
long years of writing the longer books
and maybe started it (I bet he is an outline first kind of writer, but
pure speculation) with 'his left hand" as
that phrase for offhand works goes.
I personally cannot see it 'in' Vineland in any way, but I sometimes
lack imagination.
