I agree, noun meaning connections of genealogy, mythology, dark-shadow
archetypes of vaginal origin. The "cold and naked linoleum floors" suggest
rape or other states of helplessness.

These light bulbs are witnesses of those things they illuminate. And they
are a network of information.  NSA before it existed.
