Shirley Hazzard dies

Requiescat in pace, Shirley. I read Transit of Venus years back, and was underwhelmed. My mother was a big fan - I think she actually knew her via her international feminist activities. I still have a mental image of Bay of Noon on my mother's bookshelf. Do you recommend Great Fire over that one?
