the difference between racist and hate speech. First post?!

Bonnie, John Rigney's message to the list is hate speech. The "joke" 
wasn't. It was simply racist, which given Rigney's mess(age), isn't 
as bad as hate.

FYI, this Kabal that Rigney seems so afraid of has often been quite 
at odds with eachother. 

I won't resort to the puerile taunts of Rigney. However, if he would 
like to visit Washington, DC some day, I would demand satisfaction.
