My bonehead move: should have included the adress originally.

It (of course) does not have any info on the Aloes Editions, once I
went out to look at it.  So it goes.

Others exist.  Two that I found especially good were

There used to be a great page, called Author's links and
info, which is where I initially stumbled across the Pynchon
page (which, in turn, is where I stumbled across the list).
It is gone, now that I've checked back on it.  Damn, that's 
two today.
