Following up on Rich's comment about what a creepy guy Pointsman is -- I
wonder what comment TRP makes about scientists in general, behaviorists in
particular, by giving us a first view of Pointsman with his foot stuck in a
toilet, then exposes him as a child molester? ("A thousand children are
shuffling out these doors tonight, but only rare nights will even one come
in, home to your sprung, spermy bed" p. 51), then reveals his lust for
experimentation on human subjects.

Who's the monster -- Dr. Frankenstein, or his creation?
