John Barth's The Sot-weed Factor (hilarious), vol 3 of Stephenson's Baroque 
series- The System of the World (possibly the best thing I've read in years), 
and Foster-Wallace  The Girl with the Curious Hair (shorts).   up next-  Gaddis 
  The Recognitions, and yet another run of Giles Goat-boy.  In the pile, John 
Crowley    The Navigator  & Helprin's Memoir from Antproof Case.
Glad to see so many great titles I recognize, even happier to see some I 
don't.......               Inky
