GR translation: three-foot falls at the edge of sleep

Thanks, David.  Though I should probably make it clear that I was asking
specifically about the phrase "three-foot falls at the edge of sleep".
Again, I think the published translation got it completely wrong and I want
to know if I'm interpreting it correctly.
